All That Grass Lawn Care Lawn Care Service Agreement & Expectations At All That Grass Lawn Care, we take pride in delivering professional and dependable lawn care services. To ensure a smooth experience for both our team and our valued customers, we have outlined our service expectations and policies below.

What You Can Expect from Us

  • Reliable, high-quality lawn care service on your scheduled day.
  • Prompt notification of any schedule changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
  • No charges for weeks when service is not performed. You will only be billed when a service is completed.

What We Expect from You

  • Gate Access: Please ensure all gates are unlocked and accessible before our arrival to allow our team to perform service efficiently.
  • Clear Lawn: Remove all objects from the yard, including toys, balls, pet waste, and any items that could interfere with our equipment.
  • Furniture & Large Objects: We do not move furniture, trampolines, or other large obstacles. 

Please ensure these items are cleared before your scheduled service.

  • Pet Waste Policy: To maintain a safe and clean work environment, pet waste must be cleaned up prior to our arrival. If our team encounters excessive pet waste, a $5 fee will be applied for the first offense. If the issue persists, we may discontinue service.
  • Liability Notice: While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for damages to unseen items such as irrigation systems, landscape lighting, or any objects hidden in the grass. 

Weather & Service Delays

  • Weather conditions may impact our ability to mow. If service is delayed due to rain or hazardous conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule accordingly.
  • If the lawn is too wet, cluttered with hazardous objects, or if the gate is locked upon arrival, service may be skipped for that week. In such cases, you will not be charged. 

Scheduling Policy

Once your property is on our schedule, service dates cannot be moved or skipped at your request. Our operators will assess conditions upon arrival and determine if service can be completed.
